RadioActive has always been a small station with a huge fan club. Now that fan club has a way to be heard, seen and felt, from anywhere in the world. Version 2.3 of the RadioActive app is out on iPhone and Android, and it is the biggest update we have ever made.
Most of what you will find in it started as an idea here on Sifnos, and was designed and built in-house. Several of these features you will not find in any other radio app. We built them because we wanted an app that feels less like a player and more like a place where listeners meet.
SEND LOVE
Now with your voice or a photo
Send Love has always let you write to us. Now you can record a voice message of up to a minute, or send a photo: a sunset from your balcony, a greeting from wherever you are listening, a dedication, a song request.
Every message is read and approved by us before it appears, so the app stays a friendly place for everyone.
THE LOVE WALL
Listeners from all over the world
Photos and voices from listeners everywhere now have their own home. Scroll the Love Wall, tap a photo to see it full screen, and play a voice message right there.
While a listener speaks, the radio quietly steps back, then returns when they are done.

Get Love, in your language
Your messages scroll across the screen, each one translated into the language of your phone, in twelve languages. Choose Random for the full mix, or Latest for the newest first.
RadioActive News
Station news now lives inside the app, with a small green dot whenever there is something new. Events, changes and what we are working on, first.
Bluetooth Autoplay
On Android, pick your car once, and RadioActive starts the moment your phone connects to the stereo, then goes quiet when you switch off the engine. On iPhone, create a Shortcuts automation "When my car connects, open RadioActive", and AutoPlay does the rest.

RadioActive is independent. If the station means something to you, the new Support RadioActive button is the simplest way to help keep us on air.
